Must Watch: Gee Atherton Shares What Might Have Been in 'The Knife Edge'
@Wilm: I think it's a hill near Llanymawddwy near the top of the Dyfi Valley. But it leads to a fairly unpopular boggy mountain that can be climbed way more easily from the top of a road, so I would doubt that many people climb the ridge itself. The nearest well known mountain is Aran Fawddwy which is a few miles west.

This 3-Piece Foam Tire Insert Replaces Air - Taipei Cycle Show 2019
@thenotoriousmic: I just put a few zip ties in my bag. If I slash a tyre I zip tie the sealant covered insert to the outside. I suppose you could attach it to the frame if you didn't ride with a bag.

Specialized Enduro Comp Large 26"

$1200 GBP
For sale is my 2013 Specialized Enduro Comp Large 26” in red. The is 165mm travel on the rear and 160mm on the front. It rides really well and is so fast downhill but also climbs well. Makes a great enduro race bike or trail bike. This bike made it into the Dirt 100 in 2013 https://dirtmountainbike.com/dirt-100-2015/2013-dirt-100-specialized-enduro-comp.html Size large is perfect for me and I’m 5’10”. I think it would be fine for people a bit taller and a bit shorter than this as well. Geometry in mm: Chainstays 419, Effective ST angle 75 deg, Headtube angle 66.5 deg, wheelbase 1185, BB height 350, standover 773. I’ve upgraded some bits (full spec listed below). Wheels are Hope hubs on Mavic 521’s. Tyres are now Maxxis Minion / Highroller. I’ve added a Rockshox Reverb. Gone is the long stem, replaced with a 50mm Raceface. Brakes are now XT with 203 / 180 rotors. Pedals are fairly new DMR Vaults, which are outstanding flats. The bike is in excellent condition and ready to ride or race. There are the usual cable rub marks and a few scratches plus a small dent in the underside of the downtube from a low flying rock. The original manual is supplied for the bike and the reverb. Would prefer local pickup as it's cheap and easy but can post within UK at cost, which I guess is around £40 or £50. Full spec: Frame: M5 Aluminium, 165mm travel, tapered headtube, ISCG 05 mount, 142+ dropouts, sealed cartridge pivot bearings Rear Shock: Fox Float CTD Evolution with AUTOSAG. Climb, trail, descend settings. Fork: Fox 34 Float CTD Evolution 26. Tapered steerer. Climb, trail, descend settings. 15mm thru-axle. 160mm travel Headset: FSA 1-1/8 + 1-1/2 Stem: Raceface Respond 50mm reach Handlebars: Specialized low rise 7050 alloy, 720mm width, 8 degree backsweep, 6 degree upsweep, 31.8mm Grips: Specialized lock-on style Brakes: Shimano XT with 203mm front rotor and 180mm rear.
