 @Scotj009: I wonder how many people replied to your comment to pull you up on your spelling of gloryous and then realized you did it on purpose, stopped writing and deleted.

 We NEED a Reece's bike check !
  • 5 0
 Yeah, that might be really cool to get to know what is the size of the frame, whether different (shorter) shock was used to reduce rear travel and of course air pressure of front and rear suspension. Also, in one of the frame of the video I saw that rear derailleur was stripped of cable (simple solution for non-single-speed-able suspension or what). This slope style version of Reign is really sexy.

 @Badol-FR: on the full video Reece was replying to a bunch of people who were asking about the bike. I know it's not a full bike check (which I would also like) but it might be able to awnser some of your questions.

 @Cyclismo100: YOU, guy, deserve a medal !

So... a little compilation :

"It's a Reign Advanced 1 frame, size small. No modifications"
"I ran a heavy tune (shock shims) and max PSI for this video. Other then that, the bike is pretty much stock !"

But 26 or 27,5... My bet on 27,5, comparing this : www.giant-bicycles.com/fr-fr/bikes/model/reign.advanced.27.5.1/22083/83712/#specifications and this : ep1.pinkbike.org/p6pb13880090/p5pb13880090.jpg
The Small Block 8 is only available in a small 2.10 for 27,5 wheels, so the gap between the rear "arch" seems normal for me...

 So... This is what freeride is now? In my day it required burly bikes and consisted mostly of huge drops and skinnies...
  • 6 5
 Anyone with enough balls can do that. This stuff requires skills. These riders are arguably more "bang for the buck" to their sponsors because they can ride a wider variety of events (downhill, slopestyle, enduro, rampage)
  • 3 0
 @PHeller: that bike is burly. just has lil tires
  • 2 0
 I feel you and was kind of feeling the same thing. But then I was thinking, freeride is pretty diverse. To me, freeride is when you're just shredding gnar with your buds outside of competitions and training. And sending huge jump lines with your bros is definitely a part of that!

 @giantbicycles: can you make a purple colourway for the reign so we can finally ride the purple reign?
