Devinci Announces All-New Troy
I'm a curent Troy owner (love the bike). Why no XL 27.5? I don't want a 29er. Also, Devinci's carbon frames used to be reasonably priced relative to aluminum. They've jumped by 50% over two years and now force a Reverb on you if doing 'frame only.' No reason for me to update if the frame costs as much as my complete Troy cost new in 2016, regardless of the need to get a new rear wheel and sell the Reverb.

Pivot Switchblade: Now Available in Aluminum - Video
I have a YT too (tues), but the Switchblade is a super fun bike. I can't afford one, aluminum or carbon. But after demoing a lot of bikes, the switchblade seemed like a very special bike. Just not sure it justifies the $2k+ price gap.

In the US, this is only $30. Not portable but why would you need to set up tubeless trailside?

Opinion: A Cry for Help
@SleepingAwake: Eh, not quite correct. P = F / A. Pressure is inversely proportional to area. As the area increases, pressure is lower for the same force. What really matters is tension, which is directly proportional to radius and pressure and inversely proportional to thickness - Laplace's law. Geez, lots of downvotes for some basic physics. Edit: Enjoyed the article by Zinn
