Meniscus repair

3/28/2014. I went in for knee surgery. I tell you that it is a scary thought being put under anesthesia. It was my first and hopefully my last. I only had a minor debriment of the inside. I hope to be back on my feet and back to riding with in two weeks. I am gonna try my hardest to stay off of it but I want to be on my bike soo bad! Luckily they said that I can use my bike as a recovery tool. Yep you heard it, biking is considered therapeutical. So next time you are riding remember that it is helping you out!! haha God knows I find my zen and inner peace while my bloodstream is filled with adrenaline!
