Aug 14, 2022Transition Sentinel X01 Carbon V1 Cascade Link
$3300 USD2019 Transition Sentinel X01 Carbon - V1 - Cascade Components Link
Hi All. I purchased this Sentinel new from Transition in April 2019. The bike came stock with the X01 build, and some parts have been replaced over the years. The most notable upgrade is the Cascade Components link and 2022 Float X2 205x60mm rear shock combo. The Float X2 has a longer stroke than the stock DPX2, and increases the travel from 140mm to 152mm in the rear. I installed the link shortly after I bought the bike, and I upgraded the shock earlier this year. While the CC link drastically improved the feel of the bike with the stock DPX2, the larger Float X2 is a game changer. This bike is absolutely amazing in this configuration, and truly feels like a mini DH. Taking a break from bikes, otherwise I'd keep it.

Other replacement parts:
E13 LG1+ rear wheel - New/Unused
Diety carbon bars
ODI Elite grips - New-ish
GX rear derailleur replaced this year
New derailleur hangar - 2 extras included
4 rides on new Maxxis Dissector Exo+ rear tire
2 rides on new Maxxis Assagai Exo+ front tire (the original Minion DHF front tire was finally just replaced last month)
Chain replaced this year
Cascade Components chain guide
Fender, extra tube, and bottle cage included
Bike is in GOOD shape. Some paint chips and scratches here and there. Worst blemish is the scratched fork leg base (pictured) from improper shuttle rack mounting. Does not affect the performance. Fork feels great. Stanchions are blemish free.
Feel free to reach out with questions.
