Axxe, either your example is incomplete, or your logic is flawed. I believe that giving your employees zero notice before a company-wide layoff is inherently unethical. It's impossible to be fully informed regarding all the choices we make as consumers, but when it comes to an item like an actions sports camera - an item that, in its essence is a luxury item - such flagrant disregard for the well-being of your core employees coupled with massive corporate financial irresponsibility would certainly guide my decision. Corporate bankruptcy is not uncommon. But, in a saturated marketplace, a company that "miraculously" reemerges from a $7mil default, only to reintroduce an already stale product, is destined for another failure. I've made my decision, thanks.
