Shimano XT brakes with Ice-Tech rotors, SRAM GX 11 speed components, Fox Transfer dropper post w/ Wolftooth remote, Shimano SLX 170 mm cranks (30t), Chris King sealed bottom bracket, fresh Maxxis Ikon 120 tpi Maxxgrip tires, Syncros 30 mm ID AL rims, and a Selle Italia ti rail saddle. To sum it up - I went large on the most important parts - high-end CC frame, tricked out Fox fork, supple, fast rolling tires, proven Fox dropper post. The balance of the decisions I made were to select solid, reliable components. I've priced this lower than suggested retail to reflect my frugalness.
