Fox Factory Plans to Move HQ from California to Georgia [Updated]
@chriskneeland: Gotta ask where the data comes for this comment? I work for a BIG manufacturer in the bike industry and make a pretty good living, quite happy. Do lower taxes = slavery? The reason we have SO MANY companies coming here is a very favorable business environment, because we can see the logic in collecting (as an example) 10% tax from 7 businesses over collecting 70% tax from 1 company, please don't blame the people who use logic. The money the state is collecting from all the other tax that is a result of people working (sales tax, vehicle tax, property tax etc.) will more than make up the low business tax. Need to stop looking at the business as an EVIL entity who needs to be taxed to oblivion because they show a profit (god forbid) and realize that jobs create taxes and support more businesses in the community.

New Casing, Compound, and Width Options From Maxxis - Interbike 2018
@TheUnknownMTBR: Its a theory known as brand recognition. When you see an ad where the riders are running Maxxis tires, you know it why? THE YELLOW. When you see a movie where the riders are running Maxxis tires you know it's Maxxis why? THE YELLOW. When Gwinn left Maxxis for Onza, the first year of him "riding Onza" he was actually riding blacked out Maxxis, how do we know this......THE YELLOW is nearly impossible to hide! They don't change it because it works, the brand is recognizable in ads, movies and on the trail by one simple thing....THE YELLOW. For those who spend their days agonizing on how the yellow just doesn't match and make you nice pretty bike look even prettier because that's all that matters I would recommend you go RIDE YOUR BIKE and get it dirty! Or ride your nice pretty all colors matching bike to a Marketing class to better understand the genius of the Yellow Maxxis label. Didn't mean to be so aggressive but my god am I sick of people who probably litter their Tacoma's every free bike related sticker they can find lament on about how tragic it is that the Maxxis logo doesn't match their bike when its just simple marketing, that's it. If YOU owned the company you'd do the EXACT same thing to have the market awareness that the Yellow Maxxis patch brings.
