2017 Fontana KMC Winter Series, Round 6 - Gwin with the Win
Props for sure, but there are a few things at play here. First of all, the Fontana Super D course isn't exactly EWS-worthy. It's not a machine-built and groomed flow trail, but it's not terribly gnarly either. Secondly, the new Fuel EX is a surprisingly capable platform. It essentially takes over the category that the prior generation Remedy 29 held. The new EX is actually slacker in its "High" position than the old Remedy 29's "Low" position. Pretty underrated bike. Rathkamp's use of a 140mm 36 only exacerbates its capability. Third (and likely, most importantly), Spencer is a remarkably talented rider. The kid shreds.

Will a 29er End Up On a World Cup DH Podium This Year? - Pinkbike Poll
I don't know what the likelihood is that a 29er will be on a World Cup podium this year, but the chances we'll see one (or more) on the World Championship podium in Cairns is probably very high.

$2800 OBO This is my wife's first generation Santa Cruz Solo; one of the few that slipped out of the factory before Rocky Mountain forced the model name change. It was purchased and built up in November of 2013 and professionally maintained ever since. The frame had been covered in 3M Frameskin since new and was recently removed to reveal a nearly flawless finish. • Size Small. Rider is 5'2" • There are a couple scratches down to the undercoat of paint as illustrated in the photos, but it's overall in very good shape. • The Pike is 2 years old and has had a recent lower service. • The Brakes are nearly new and have very limited use. • There is an extra 25mm of length available on the steerer tube. • Custom color-matched fork and rim decals by Slik Graphics. • Front tire has 1 year of use. Rear tire is new as of 1 month ago. More Madness From Las Vegas - Interbike 2016
@RichardCunningham: I noticed the Osiris logo in coverage about these shoes elsewhere but with no mention of the partnership. I feel like Zoic should probably lead with that. Osiris likely has much more brand caché than Zoic, especially among the targeted customer base for these.
