@lepigpen: Neils' bike is actually OS20 which measures just under the 21.5" diameter limit for the 20" race class as per UCI rules. The OS20 effective rim diameter is 451mm. vs 406 of a standard 20". 451mm is the same diameter as the kids fractional size 20" skinny bmx race wheels.
I ride an OS20 Standard 125R and absolutely love it. Switching from regular 20" to OS20 was a game changer for me. Slowed/ smoothed out the twitchy-ness of a 20" but still handles like a bmx bike should
