Scott Scale 920 For sale is my Scott Scale 920 in size Large, a perfect XC weapon! It's an incredibly fast rolling, easy climbing, stable descending bike that would be perfect for any budding XC racer. It weighs not much over 10kg, something you can really feel when you stamp on the pedals! Don't be put off by the size either, I'm only 5'10" and found it useful to have the extra reach to open up my chest and make it more stable on steep descents. This doesn't mean it handles like a barge though, it really flicks round tight switchbacks and trees! It has only been lightly used, as I sadly haven't had much time to use it! I planned to compete in XC races this year, but ill health at the start of the year and a change of job has meant I haven't been able train, let alone compete. As it looks unlikely that I'll have more time next year, I'm reluctantly selling it. The bike has been out for around 10 rides since I purchased it in mid-March. After every ride the chain and moving components were cleaned and re-greased. It has also recently had a service by Evan's Cycles. I purchased it for £2400, and they are currently still £2000 on offer, so I think the price is reasonable.
