It reminded me that winter still exists and that bummed me out haha! but I agree this video is very well shot, and its cool to see them at least trying to make advancements, to me it shows that they have an invested interest in the future of the sport we all love, and that makes me happy.

I believe you should ride what compliments your ability. I personally do not see the need to have a top of the line bike if I'm not going to put it to good use. I think someone else mentioned this already but if you roll up to the bike park with a brand new carbon wilson and ride like its your first time on a bike ever, you're gonna be judged and look sort of like an asshole but if your shredding hard all the time and breaking parts constantly maybe its a good investment and you should pay attention to what top level riders are using.

I think he's out for the first 2 races.

1: Being able to travel anywhere to ride year round ( sick of the fucking snow bud) 2: More bike trails without grumpy people ruining your rides. 3: Ride with Smith and the costal crew on the regular (and be able to keep up)

what kind of gym work out do you feel is best for training in the off season? :)

I don't think pilgrim will win this or come close, he doesn't ride any kind of big mountain stuff, plus Steve Smith is going to probably be in the finals, as well as a bunch of other riders who spend a lot of time on a DH bike. If Rheeder can get 3rd he's got the overall win. which would be awesome to have Canadians dominating both the UCI and the FMB!
