The fifth race of the Enduro Sweden series went down in Hallandsåsen last weekend, this race was a special one and had a 2 days race format. This is the first time in the series and it made some interesting racing. the Sunday's race was in Kungsbygget. Kungsbygget is an activity area packed with fun things to do, from now on, they also have mountain bike trails.
The Saturday's race was held in Vallåsen bike park, there were four stages with lift assistants during the training but with a full pedal format during the race. After the first day in Vallåsen the leaders looked like this, two familiar faces - Simon Carlsson and Josefine Björkman had both gained over 10 seconds on the of seconds to spare for the Sunday's race. She's at it again, Elin Eng is always there hunting the top spot, she rode really solid all week and ended up with 2nd place in the Women's Elite.Kungsbygget was filled with technical awkward turns that sure gave everyone a challenge. This turned out to be a tricky one for most riders and it seemed like foot out flat out was the strategy.ELITE MEN
