Video: Are 29/27.5" Mullet Bikes Faster Than 29ers?
A somewhat objective, quantifiable test @ Pink Bike, what is the world coming to? Thank you! Too bad more of the reviews and testing of bikes and equipment here isn't scrutinized in this fashion. Like maybe, occasionally, just for the shear novelty of it, instead of verbatim regurgitating a bike brands latest and greatest version as improved, test it against the previous generation against the watch.

Video: Mike vs Mike: Geometry Battle - Specialized Stumpjumper vs EVO
Yep. Couldn't agree more. This "review/reports", like most things written about bikes these days, is long on feelings and short on objectivity.

Knolly Announces 2019 Line-up & Titanium Gravel Bike
Interesting Gravel bike. The Cache looks versatile and similar to what I've done with my 29er HT. Nice to see it's compatible with a double up front too. The drive side chainstay looks like Lynskey's handiwork?

Interview: Juliana Bicycles' New General Manager Elayna Caldwell
Growing a lifestyle "brand" by attempting to attract customers from other companies is a recipe for failure well traveled by the off road motorcycle industry. A better plan would be lowering the bar to entry with less expensive, less technologically volatile and proprietary equipment. Seriously, if a neophyte looks at our/my sport from the outside - it screams rich, white elitest. Put money in to socioeconomic minority HS mountain bike programs [assuming an environment where cost is reined by establishing something like weight limits and a claiming rule].

Video: Jolanda Neff Beats Cyclocross World Champion in GP Sven Nys
Jolanda is the "girl" equivalent of Sagan, one of those rare, compelling and inspirational talents that leave one with the idea that riding a bike should be, and is really fun. Winning the race against the reigning world champion going away, with a string of pearls around her neck and mud in her teeth. Pure style.

Rest in Peace: The Rise & Fall of Interbike
"And yet, on the internet, you can touching nothing, nor feel anything." These words are SO TRUE, and applicable to so much beyond bike too. Well said.

Nicolai's Electronically Shifted Gearbox Enduro Bike - Interbike 2018
@skelldify: Thanks. It's not all that difficult to use the terrain against the E-Bikes Achilles: They don't make power unless they're being pedaled - so they're screwed on push climbs. And they're heavy and awkward to carry - portaging an E-bike over a series of logs would be brutal - but really fun to watch!

Nicolai's Electronically Shifted Gearbox Enduro Bike - Interbike 2018
If I'm a land manager and I want to protect my entire user group, save cyclists from this latest [and other] attempt at access "pedal assisted suicide", and reduce the bitching and caterwauling of EVERY other user group, I add a few portage sections near trail heads. Haven't seen any videos of anyone gleefully E-Shouldering one of these fifty pound trail trucks
