Brendawg , Remy and Vink have all sent it off huge lines in some of their whistler edits ive seen. Would absolutely love to see the 3 of them riding in the same edit just so you can see the different line choices. They all have sooooooooooo much style even when launching themselves into the biggest of gaps. A lot of BALLS required to go with that style..... Sweet vid
belgian beers and belgian chocolate and belgium french fries, belgium rules in frites we have take away frithouses here and they rule every country, i like all by the way, the first thing i am gonna do when i get back from the mtb trip is eating some fries
There's a problem with watching embedded epic tv videos on mobile devices. You can watch it on your computer or on www.epictv.com itself. Hope they resolve this problem quickly though...
"Tales from the Soil"? This isn't a tale/story; it's just some badass shredding. Give me a little narrative arc, a story, some setup aside from a little pushing-the-bike-back-up-the-hill shots. Or, just have a different name, I guess.
chase hawk could ride a mtb like this for sure, the real question is can nico ride a sk8park like chase? don't get me wrong nico killed it in this vid........if u ride whistler you know how manly these lines are....
Not real Chase Hawk, but I wouldn't underestimate Nico's skatepark skills. He grew up riding skateparks all day, and was known as on of the better Belgian skatepark bmx riders
Am I the only one who finds these Whistler edits a little repetitive? They only show wide, machine built trails with drops, jumps and tabletops. Oh wow..a whip...wow. I would love to see what else Whistler has to offer...
maybe its because whistler is known for its wide machine built jump trails? haha anyone can build a rugged tech trail but not many mountains have the man power and money to built trails like whistler thats why videos focus on it.
I've said it before too.......yeah, boring................sure, way better riding than me, but I don't want to keep watching the same movie with different riders over and over
IDK, maybe a typical rider in a Whistler edit, but seeing guys like Vink and Remi come down stuff and find ways to double and triple up jumps, and manual stuff at mach 20 through a dusty brake bumpy run on a 37lb DH bike like it is a 19lb BMX race bike on a perfectly manicured clay UCI BMX course is always impressive. The speed that they are carrying, the technique in the air, and the absolute ignorance of any consequences is pretty fantastic. I think some of it is hard to catch, perspective wise, on camera, as in just how fast and how big they really are going, but if you've been, you know, and I don't think it could ever get old to see any trail get manhandled this way. This I'd always watch.
Hey, but I'm also the type of guy who'll watch 50 beginner edits at Whistler and other bike parks, even though I know they are the ones putting 45 feet of 3 inch deep braking bumps though ever turn, because seeing the joy and pure stoke of someone's mind being blown during their first visit to such a place (maybe their only visit) is just super contagious, and way more genuine than some posturing "over it" intermediate level rider.
Thousands brah!! They just roll so well over the rough stuff. I hate the rough stuff..it hurts my gooch since my seat is so high, all the way up my rectum. It helps hold me on the bike when I have to go around those darn jumps all those rascal kids build.. I also like taking rocks off the trail and filling in the bumps with dirt so I can roll faster...I was kidding my man that's some real riding at the sickest place on earth! I'm going again this summer.
Forget it. Spotted it at the end!!
