This is a 2016 Nukeproof Scout 275 frame in the XL (21.5”) size. It’s a rad aggressive hardtail frame with a 65 degree head tube angle, long reach, and low bottom bracket. It has a Rock Shox Pike 29/27.5+ on the front (currently set to 140mm but can be adjusted by changing the air spring out). It has a RaceFace crank with a single 28 tooth ring. The rest of the drivetrain is Shimano 10 speed with a Zee shifter, SLX rear derailleur and XT cassette and chain. The bike has Shimano SLX brakes with a 203mm front rotor and a 180 rear rotor. The wheels are hand built Shimano hubs (XT front, Saint rear) laced to WTB Asym i35 rims with DT double butted spokes. Tires are Schwalbe Nobby Nic 27.5 x 2.8”. Cane Creek headset, Deity Black Label handlebars, Shimano PRO dropper post (120mm travel), and WTB hightail saddle round out the bulld. This bike is set up with a durable but inexpensive build that makes it perfect for someone ready to get more serious about riding or for someone looking for a second bike to reduce winter wear and tear on a full suspension rig. Tires, chain, brake pads, and other wear parts have minimal mileage on them. This thing is ready to ride and won’t need any work.
