Hey don't worry guys we picked up our shotgun shells and even planted some baby cactus to make up for the noise disturbance. The circle of life goes on
skills en masse. bunch of rad riding. liked the matching music, but dislike that pumpgun-shit! don't need that (overall) and for sure, not in a(ny) bike-movie. peace. shred on...
It's Utah, everyone has at least a gun and everyone shoots here. We are a pretty small population wise, 2.7 million, and there are close to a million registered fire arms in the state. We are the only state that allows guns on school campuses and we are the only state with a state gun. Utah is very gun friendly. And we have one of the lowest rates of crime in the nation. You don't ride in the desert out here with out them, not because you need them, but because it's what you do when you are done riding.
And on a side note; Logan is a bad ass. Utah riders are really starting to kill it!
Consider a lot of the horrific attacks at college campuses and so on, how could the outcomes been different had one of the professors, or students been a responsible, trained, and licensed concealed weapon carrier? A lot less deaths. Gun control seems to be an intuitive measure to restrict guns from being in the hands of criminals, but in reality it only restricts gun ownership to those who would purchase and use them legally. Thus when you legislate gun control laws you're arming deviants and disarming law abiding citizens. Would you rob a home, or store if you knew the owner was armed? I'm from Utah, and one of our most notable citizens and early pioneers was a man by the name of Browning, ever heard of Browning Arms, well that's him. So, yes we're very gun friendly, but we strive to be a well informed and safe gun friendly place, and I agree that leaving shells and shot up garbage out in the desert is very lame. In fact, Virgin has a city ordinance that every citizen MUST own a gun, at least I heard that amongst my acquaintances here in Southern Utah
I agree, it gives the impression that they crashed on all the landings or something, I know they didn't, but that's how it looks. Awesome edit, super sick to see Quinton out there shredding hard
That's what I figured...who was running clips out there, Kevin? That last line where you followed Logan off the big drop is much gnarlier in person, epic to see both of you riding it!
Agreed! I work at a shop and we deal with KHS a lot, got to say they are one of the best companies to work with hands down. They have great products with great prices, and man they keep stepping it up every year! I should have enough money for a DH300 by the end of the month and I can't wait to ride this summer!
I'll second that dh-devil I'm at another shop in the interior of BC and our Rep for KHS is so rad, infact he's got me on a DH300 for this year... can't wait to ride it!
And on a side note; Logan is a bad ass. Utah riders are really starting to kill it!
why do you need guns on an campus?
And most of the time, when i am done riding, it take a shower or have a beer or two...
nice riding though,
KHS, you guys are awesome!
