The Tuesday Tune Ep 21: Low and High-Speed Rebound Adjustments - Video
Yet to own a fork that these HS and LS adjusters actually make much difference to the forks performance ,think a lot of it is just a gimmick to sell units at a higher price , The only real world difference is when you change a spring or alter air spring or alter the rebound , Volume spacers work sometimes but I think suspension units are just over complicated to demand a higher price, 2015 Pike with all the bells and whistles is marginally better than Fox 36 first generation that only had usable rebound , Spent many hours twiddling adjusters and learning what they should do only to find they usually don't

8 Tips and Tricks for Wet Weather Riding
@Braindrain: Thanks for the info mate I will definitely look into the craghoppers jacket I also believe that Go Outdoors have some cycling jackets that are meant to be waterproof and reasonably breathable for about £60 , but have not had a proper look at them yet , The Alpkit sounds ideal as I probably looking for something I could layer up underneath and chuck it in my camelback when needed , I was foolish and bought a £200 Berghaus and have not been that impressed with the performance and then tore the sleeve open on a barb wire fence just to finish it off

Watch the Winning Run: Red Bull Rampage 2017 - Video
@adrennan: Well I guess that I am just old school ,don't get me wrong the level of skill here is mind blowing compared to what it was only a few years ago. Think I have too many fond memories of the early freeriders hucking and blasting down scree slopes , I think also an event like rampage is way too hard to judge as most of the top riders all show equal amounts of talent ,skill and balls
