I was wearing a helmet and gear dirt bike riding when i had a bad accident that left me paralyzed on my left side. I have regained some use of my arm and leg. I want to get a giant trance or reign and ride for rehab no crazy stuff I need a suspension bike for my back with low stand over so I don't fall over. I hope I can find a small and start riding to regain strength and balance and enjoy a dirt road in the Arizona desert.I use to ride mountain bikes with my son and really miss that time with him. The helmet saved my life wear one. God bless
