Nov 19, 2022Canyon Strive 9.0 Frame
$800 USD2018 Canyon Strive 9.0 frame. Carbon front triangle with an aluminum rear. Phenomenal and confident descender and one of the better Enduro bikes for climbing. My 15 year old raced this frame last season and podiumed multiple times. He decided to try another frame and so this one's up for grabs.
The frames in great shape with the exception of the dent (shown in pictures) on the rear chain stay and the chipping of the extremely brittle paint on the rear triangle (common on the Strives). The dent is superficial in that the geometry has not been changed at all, no alignment or functional issues. The front triangle has been ride wrapped for the life of the bike and is in exceptional condition.
Specs (what's included):
- Rock Shox Monarch RC3 Plus. Freshly rebuilt by Rock Shox with less than 3 hours on it (the Fox DPX2 pictured had a leak that couldn't be resolved and so it was replaced)
- Modelocker DH (the Strive came with a piston that would allow you to toggle between ascend and decent modes via a pressurized piston. These are notorious for failing and very expensive to replace. The modelocker locks it into a singe setting/mode)
- New pivot bearings
- MRP chain guide / bash guard
- Acros Blocklock Headset (keeps the bars from over rotating)
- Spare Derailleur hangar and other bits and pieces that came in the original box.
Thanks for looking, feel free to OBO and ask any questions!

Sep 26, 2021Cannondale Scalpel 29er Carbon 2
$1500 USDGreat XC bike! Medium sized frame.
Currently weighs in at 26.4 lbs with flat pedals, a dropper post, and "chunky" MAXXIS Minions. Changing out lighter tires, clipless pedals, and a non-dropper seat-post will easily result in ~24 lbs build.
I'm running this as a 1x10 but will include all the hardware to go back to the original 2x10. I personally love the simplicity of the 1x, but the range is lacking a bit on the high side.
There is some cable rub on the headset and lefty, as well as some paint chipped off the rear triangle (does not get into the carbon). Otherwise the bike's in great shape.
Brakes have been upgraded to SRAM Level TLMs with aluminum pistons (this ensures the common issue with plastic pistons, where they swell over time and lock up, won't happen).
Shock fully rebuilt (~5 hours of ride time on it).
Everything on the Lefty functions as intended (Handlebar lock-out, rebound, no leaks). However, I have no idea what the service history is and it's likely overdue for a service.
Unless requested, the pedals will be removed. I assume anyone who wants this XC machine will be running clipless.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
