Looks like he set up too wide and smacked a pedal on that tree. Ouch.

Review: DT Swiss F535 One Fork
@bishopsmike: And that weight! A Ribbon Coil with an honest-to-goodness steel spring inside weighs about 150g less.

@mikekazimer: There's also a wide variety of tire weights. Why not weigh the bikes without tires too?

Pinkbike Poll - Would You Take a Free 250 Watts if No One Knew?
If I could have a free 250w, that didn't piss off hikers and threaten trail access, and that didn't make my bike handle like shit, sure why not? But that isn't the world we live in. You can take your intentionally-divisive push-poll and shove it up your ass.

Scott Grenade EVO Knee Guards - Review
Don't bother with the g-form. There just isn't enough protection, impacts can get between plates, and without any strap closure they tend to slide down the leg in rough terrain.

First Look: Intense's New 29er DH Bike
Even if 29" wheels take over WC-level DH racing the same way they've taken over XC racing (and that's a big "if"), it doesn't mean there won't be a place for 27.5" All it would mean is that they're potentially slightly faster for some of the best riders in the world on courses typical of the WC circuit. For the rest of us, buy what you like, keep it as long as you want, and run what you brung, just like always. 29" wheels becoming dominant in another discipline doesn't mean your 27.5" (or 26") wheels don't roll anymore. And maybe a few years from now, for your next bike, you decide a 29er is what you need. Or not.

More Tech Randoms – Lourdes World Cup DH 2017
Looks like the XFusion RV1 on the Propain has a version of the Roughcut HLR damper instead of the twin tube HLR. And new graphics. Neat.
