Pivot Mach 5.5 Carbon – First Ride
@Lagr1980: compare the geometry numbers of the Mach 6 with the new 5.5. They are quite different. Mach 6 could be a tough sell moving forward.

E*thirteen Tire Plasma – Review
@whattheheel: I've never inject sealant through the valve. I always un-seat the bead.

E*thirteen Tire Plasma – Review
I would only use Stans Race sealant specifically for an endurance XC event like a 50 or 100 miler. That stuff clogs tubeless valves really bad, making it impossible to add or subtract psi after application.

It's Alive: Santa Cruz Reveals the V10 29er
@cauboi: no, the earliest prototypes had alloy rear ends, the bikes they are racing this weekend are full carbon. That was the part of the article where they discussed co-owning the carbon facing in Asia and were able to get that done quite quickly (in the span of 2 months). Really, read the article, it's a good one...

New Forks from DVO, Fox, RockShox, Manitou and X-Fusion, Sea Otter Classic 2017 - Video
Yeah, I want consistent standards for everything bike related too. Like with my Toyota truck, if I need a new fuel pump or headlight, I can just run down to the junkyard and pull one off an old Buick Skylark or Pontiac Vibe. It doesn't matter. That's what's so cool about the auto industry; no proprietary parts!
