Nice! I started mountain biking when I lived in Victoria, but rarely explored other parts of the Island. Ironically, I've ridden around Duncan more since moving to the interior than I did when I was living 45 minutes away. There is so much great riding in that area, captured here very nicely on "film".

I live less than an hours drive from the Cowichan. Love riding these trails! Gotta love the Island...top quality trails and no crowds!
