 It's official, I'm able to not blink for 7 minutes and 47 seconds.

 Here for the comments. Stayed for the video (which was fifty times better than the tea drinking one - has actual, real life riding in it).

 All the personal trainers the Gym must have. And the "owner" had to step up to train Emily, like he does with a lot of customers of course.

 best episode so far too IMO. Love the tuscon area. She makes the tech on Milligrosa trail look pretty easy...

 Honestly, I'd love to be able to work out twice a day instead of driving a desk...

 @cptmayhem: This. All day. I work 8-10 hours a day and THEN try to workout. I'd much rather just workout a bit more and be stupid fast...

 And only two off road days a week. Good luck with that.

 @AllMountin: I didn't say I'd do the same regimen... Wouldn't want to spend 4 days a week doing roadwork. Roads down here aren't that safe. Plus loads of jeep track if I need distance.

 @cptmayhem: I dunno, driving a desk sounds pretty fun!

 @muckwarrior: If it's got a motor, yeah. Otherwise it's just you, a laptop and some colleagues looking at you funny when you make BRAAAAAP sounds.

 I mean if just riding counts as a workout--even riding on the road--that's one thing. But at that level, they expect you to go to the GYM. Let's not and say we did. Still, I expect XC training is the worst of the worst. If I fell into a nuclear reactor tomorrow and came out the other side a glowing mutant with athletic talent, I'd go for DH or enduro. Going uphill fast is not for me.

 XC races are won on the climbs so it's hard to find a singletrack with constant grade for FTP training.

 @derrickt: ya, and that road she was riding in the video is a very consistent 10% grade for 26 miles. The access rd up Mt lemmon. TONS of cyclists train there in the winter.. see them every year and always want to climb the road as it's a 8-9k climb on a nice road, but we're too busy hucking ourselves down the 7k dirt descents!

 And less than 100mm of travel on a 29er (I think).

 and a drop stem! (trust me my 29er came with that as std..) its terrifying! add that to the fixed seatpost... i'd be over the bars quicker than you can say ''ooo look its emily batty"

 Just recently I started finding it creepy to express my feelings towards women I don't know personally. I do think she is extremely charming and for several reasons. I am showing all episodes of these series to my daughter. To me Emily, Tracy Hannah, Caroline Buchanan, Emmelline Ragot and Anne Caro bring very special qualities to the sport. I'd love to ride with them but I met only Tracy. Her articles made me think about many things when it comes to... Who cares. I love active, enthusiastic girls! - you see? Creepy

 @WAKIdesigns: Its ok Waki I know what you mean. Perhaps it's creepy to actively stalk these women, but appreciate them from afar, that's not creepy. Although publicly declaring your love for one of them here might be pushing it
