@kage17: Interesting, sold my Canyon 2020, but was not happy with the support at the time. Sounds like they managed to improve.
Got a YT and they had a lot of potential improvement to the support to. Haven’t needed support from them in a couple of year either. So you never now.
You only get a few tries on support so they need to be on top of their game when they get the "chance" to shine...

On paper verry similar to the new Jeffsy, on spec price and price. The Canyon looks really long compared to the Jeffsy though, 15 mm longer reach and 1 deg slacker seat tube that is a lot of extra top tube on the Canyon, that is some strange sizing.
And I expect both Canyon and YT compete for worst customer service...

@dothecrux: They are ever present unless you go below zero degree temperatures. But they can only catch you when you are stationary so you got a strong motivator to keep moving, and when you get above the three-line there is a lot less of them
Highly recommend riding pants, long sleeves and mosquito repellent.

Former Amazon Country Manager Sam Nicols Joins YT Industries as New CEO
YT customer service is so bad I would not recommend anyone to by a YT.
If I send in a warranty I expect an answer in a couple of days, I'm ok with a week or two, with Corona and general chaos. Response time before Corona where bad, 5-10 working days, but I have had nothing but automatic response for 5 weeks on my creaking Fox 34 now, that is simply not acceptable.

Agree, I find the ~3000 EUR option missing, If a SLX/Fox Rhythm build was available for the Meta TR I would have seriously considered it, now I went with a last years YT Jeffsy CF, for about 3000 EUR.

YT Releases New Aluminum Jeffsy Base
YT uppde the travel by 10 mm, to Pro Race level, on the lower end models for this year.
Canyon increase travel and decreased tyre volume on the Spectral, to preserve BB height, probably a smart move.
The spec on the AL Jeffsy is seriously appointing, would be nice to chose between better component spec or carbon frame, but then we would see that the CF frame probably isn't that much more expensive. Happy I got last years CF Comp on discount last autumn.

@Ferisko: Yupp, only Canyon being slower to update the home page than PB to publish the review. Seems that they will go with the old design on the AL bike and the new one on the CF.

Interesting that they have released an updated Neuron in Europe with an aluminium frame and the old suspension layout. Will be interested to see if we get a Neuron CF that looks completely different to the AL model.
