Could be an interesting evolutionary step for the gravity crowd. If this holds up, I could easily see a spill over into the gravity crowd.

Use to live right down the road from Montrose Harbor, moved out to the burbs a few months ago. Really missing Wilson Skate park and the Garden right about now.
