The North Shore Triple Crown is nothing new. Starting at the water in Deep Cove, we pedal to the very top trails of Seymour, Fromme, and Cypress. 74km in distance, 2800m of elevation gain, and 8 hours of moving time, makes this one hell of a ride. Come along for the suffer-fest with our crew: Eric Lawrenuk, Geoff Gulevich, Ross Measures, Fraser Vaage, Ryan Vanderham, Scott Mackay, Sam Honcharuk, and Taylor Booth.
Massive fucking shoutout to Eric and the boys for helping me out with a mechanical while I was doing the Triple Crown that day. Fucking headset preload bolt.
Saw these guys just chillin at the top of Seventh on Fromme last week... Geoff just sittin' there stuffing down some cold pizza...breakfast/lunch of champs!
There's sooooo many different lines on Sagar. I've probably ridden it at least a dozen times yet I don't think I've ever taken exactly the same combo of lines twice.
I personally find it a fairly easy trail assuming you don't actively look out for the harder stuff! (Easier said than done when you're not paying attention to lines at the end of a long day...)
Way too much rider yelling, screaming, and over clichéd commentary to the point of being extremely annoying and feeling artificial, had to put it on mute. Great ride though.
@lornny: You could control it but choose not to. I guess it's fun to act like a kid sometimes but I'm old enough that I just enjoy trying to be part of nature and just enjoy it rather than be a spectacle.
