Sprung 2 - Classic MTB Film Now Online!

by Matt Wragg
If you're familiar with the Sprung series, this needs no introduction. If you're not, then stop what you're doing for the next hour and enjoy a little bit of downhill history as it's hard to overstate its influence on modern MTB filmmaking. Steve Peat's video diary, Brian Lopes dirt jumping and Richard Cunnynghame eating tea bags is just some of the gold you'll find in this film. Enjoy!

Part one is also available on online.

suffice to say it could not handle it,the front wheel collapsed and threw me into a tree shoulder first and took a lovely trip to A+E to have it relocated!!haha good times!!!!

My mistake - misspelt the surname. It's not our RC eating teabags!

Maybe RC can upload a current video of himself eating teabags as a good will gesture.

Shame it wasn't him, would have been some fantastic blackmail material.

i cant decide if its the camera or not, but riding in '98 looks waaayyy more intense than nowadays!

Memories!! I was at that 'bike 98' show. Makes you realise what a crucial icon Peaty is. Clearly where Jackass took their inspiration

Um I'm pretty speechless it's a nice retrospective to see what they were riding back in the compared to now. Today's bikes are like rocket ships. Pretty cool to see a young peaty to but I didn't need to see his cock.

I'm so glad nobody is asking for this video to be taken down because it shows people riding without helmets.

SO good! The DS near the end is brilliant, and the 4X is better to watch than anything in recent years!!! If only they'd put Afrika Bambaata on the soundtrack.............
