Hey Pinkbike users, Well i have a 2001 Santa Cruz Heckler. I got it a couple years ago from a neighbor mountain biker. I rode it on eagle rock and big basin trails and even tackled UCSC trails. Bike preformed great in all situations for its age. Who get the bike next will have a great time with it and I'm just looking to uprgrade to a newer downhill/freeride bike. It has taught me everything about bikes and is great. Here's a list of parts •2001 Marzoochi Bomber forks •fox rear shocks (I don't know exact year) •new shimano alivio dérailleur •new front and rear brakes •new brake cables •Shimano Deore XT cranks and shifters •Avid brakes •Easton Monkey Lite C2 Bars •Thomson Seat post The bike doesn't have and major problems at all rides good. Just has scratches on the frame and rims. Might need a tune up just like all bikes do. Does need a new seat because it is ripped and is old. I'd love to get rid of it and let someone else enjoy it.
