Price reduction to $1,475!!! I'm also adding in a new Maxxis Minion 2.5 DHF tire. So--awesome frame, shock, pedals and new front tire! Large, Hightower LT frame CC and rear shock. This is the lightest and strongest frame that Santa Cruz designs. A brand new dps shock is included. I can also include in the price used HT flat pedals since I put larger platform flats on my new bike. I am the original owner and selling because at 6’1 with very long legs I am between sizes and decided to swap all the parts over to the same frame in XL. This bike does everything incredibly well and it is the best bike I have ever owned. I have done 30 mile rides, long fire road climbs, technical climbs and descents, and have never felt under-biked or over-biked. There are a few minor blemishes and rock chips so after a few months of riding I put on protective tape. With pedals and carbon wheels I had this bike under 30 lbs. You can build it even lighter as a trail bike, or add a 160mm fork and coil and make it more of an enduro bike. Sure, it feels best at higher speeds, but that doesn't mean you need to have pro-level skills to enjoy the Hightower's performance. I'd place it smack dab in the middle of the rugged all-rounder category – this is a bike that doesn't necessarily need to be fed a steady diet of steep, rowdy terrain to remain happy, although when the time comes to dive into the rough stuff it doesn't miss a beat.
