I like to play outside, sleds, bikes, moto, hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, it's all good in my books.

Time Capsule: 2001 - Pinkbike's 20th Anniversary
Great piece...I'd moved to Whistler that year, was just getting into riding, everything was so fresh and exciting. It was a fun time to be working in a bike shop at the base of the park.

Why I Didn't Drop In - Sam Reynolds on Red Bull Rampage
Props to Sam, not only did he make the right call if he wasn't feeling it but he took a hit for the team so to speak by bowing out and set a precedent for other riders in the future. I appreciate what all the riders who competed did for pushing the sport forward but am happy to see someone showing some restraint.

Marcelo Gutiérrez, The Urban Legend - Interview
I've known Marcelo since he was around 17 and first came to Whistler. Since that time he has been 100% focused on racing and getting faster. He is one of the most if not the most down to earth, humble, nice pro's in the whole sport and always has the biggest damn smile on his face. He is someone every young rider should be looking up to. The guy truly loves to ride bikes.

Results: World Cup DH, Leogang - Timed Training
I've known Marcelo since he was a teenager and there are few as dedicated and hungry to win as him. He is constantly training and every race whether it's a WC or a local DH is important to him. This is a guy who comes to Crankworx and doesn't party in Whistler because there is biking to be done and races to win. Timed training may not mean anything but it's awesome to see him up there.
