In 2011 Morpheus set out to rethink the dirt jump frame and the result of this was the Vimana. With many top 3 finishes at FMB events under the Morpheus Factory Team, the Vimana is a proven performer at the highest level.

2016 Morpheus Vimana

A frame designed by dirt jumpers for dirt jumpers, the Vimana has many features that set it apart from the competition. Morpheus’ innovative, patented TRD adjustable dropouts allow for almost limitless adjustment, perfect chain tension & what are still the shortest chainstays (14.3 inches) on any production 26 inch dirt jumper.

With the launch of the 2016 Vimana, Morpheus have further refined a proven concept. A new, fully-forged BB shell & chainstay bridge have contributed to an increase in rear-end stiffness of over 30%. Up front, a new tapered headtube ensures that the frame remains compatible with the latest forks. In addition to this, the overall weight of the frame has been reduced by almost 100 grams, while maintaining the incredibly strong, proprietary 7005 series alloy tubeset.

The new anodized finish is more durable & scratch-resistant than ever before. With an all-new graphics package, the 2016 Vimana is available in three colour options of red, blue & stealth black as well as in a class-leading three sizes (S, M, L).

Upgrades usually come at a price, but Morpheus has been able to lower the base price of the frameset to $595. The 2016 Vimana is available now, direct from Morpheus through their all new website – morpheusbikes.com / @morpheus-bikes

Look out for Morpheus Factory Team rider, Anthony Messere competing on the 2016 Vimana at FMB World Tour events this summer.

Hey guys I'm a local Catty ridder and very good friends with the "Trail Bosses" Andy, Dave, Flash, Clipper etc.......The permission was granted by them. We used smooth tires and FYI I've put some serious time in on these trails as well. Did mention we here at Morpheus Cycles also gave a huge donation to them for trail Insurance, equipment, lease payment or whatever is needed.
BUT GOOD LOOKING OUT GUYS........rubber side down

I was looking to build a dirt jump bike this summer and was wondering what DJ frames/brands are good and what DJ forks are good.

Superco frames are amazing, I have the satellite frame and it feels so good to ride. They are not cheap but ooze quality and can really take a beating. I'm not that good at dirt jumping and have overshot or cased numerous jumps and broken various bits as a result but the frame is really strong and takes it all.

Really cool video, and the frame looks sweet but personally I don't understand why any jump bike would be made out of aluminum, steel has such a nice feel to it and can be light as well.
