First Look: Reeb's New Steel Enduro Racer is Partly 3D-Printed
As someone who likes to break down their bike a few times a year I really miss having external routing. Internal looks cleaner but at the cost of being a total PITA to tear apart regularly.

Transition Releases Relay Lightweight eMTB
Cannot upvote this enough! SRAM GX on an e-bike is awful. It shifts so poorly and ends up grinding and popping all over the place. I really like this bike and plan on buying one but not until it’s offered with an XT/SLX combo.

Meta TR 29 British Edition

$3200 USD
Purchased new in spring 2019. I spend most of my time at the local trails on my hard tail so I generally rode this about 3-4 times a month. Original spec is here: https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/guide/Bikes,3/Commencal/Meta-TR-29-British-Edition,23534 Upgrades from original spec: - PNW Bachelor dropper post & loam lever (170mm, serviced 2 rides ago) - Push ACS3 coil fork conversion kit (have both green and blue springs, will work for anyone between 170-220 lbs. I'm 195 geared up and am right in the middle of spring rates. I generally ride the green which is the stiffer of the 2). - DT Swiss M1900 wheelset (brand new takeoffs from another build, never ridden) - DHF/Aggressor tires with 8 rides Cassette, chain, derailleur, chainring, shifter and dropper cables & housings are brand new with 2 rides. Fresh brake bleed 2 rides ago. Rear shock was serviced in April and had the travel spacer removed so the bike has 140mm rear travel now (stock is 55mm stroke for 130mm travel). This model TR came with a 55mm stroke with Fox shock and 60mm stroke with Rock Shox shock. Confirmed with Commencal USA that it can be run with either with no issues. Frame bearings were replaced 2 rides ago as well. Bike needs nothing and is in great shape. PM me if you want pics of anything specific.

Hope Tech 3 X2

$400 USD
Brand new. Installed but never ridden. 160mm front and rear rotors. Front hose is 32"L (815mm) and rear is 55"L (1400mm). All my other bikes have Shimano brakes so I decided to stick with them to keep maintenance easier. Paid $480. Would like to get $400 for them. Will include shipping in the lower 48. I have a few adapters on hand. No charge if I have something that will work for you.

Foes Racing Updates Full-Suspension Fatbike Frame
@TwoHumanPower: I couldn't tell you the measurable difference between the rolling resistance of my fat bike vs. my Meta TR, but I can promise you it's not all that different. You definitely still need brakes. The bike doesn't slow itself down just because of the tires, LOL. I've ridden most of my local trails on many different bikes over the years and I'm consistently faster on the fat bike. My Meta is actually slower than the fat bike on most of the XC'ish trails. It's a dying trend for sure, but I've enjoyed the hell out of mine. It's easily one of the most fun bikes I've ever owned.

Foes Racing Updates Full-Suspension Fatbike Frame
I have a hardtail fat bike that is built to take some abuse. It gets ridden very hard around western NC which is no stranger to roots and rocks. It's a blast to ride and is not slow by any means; quite the opposite. Some people just want something different. I'd buy one if I had more room in the garage.

Nerding Out: Why You Shouldn't Worry About Pedal Kickback
@Thendeb: It definitely will because there is less dead space between engagement points. The faster the suspension compresses and the higher the hub engagement, the more pedal kickback you will feel. It would make sense that higher anti-squat values would also add to that since you're using chain tension to keep the suspension from compressing. The only time I have ever had kickback issues is on my full suspension bike while climbing rooty and rocky sections in very low gears (1'st or 2'nd). If you're really worried about it (which you shouldn't be), just ride a hard tail :)
