Winners Announced for Part 3 of GoPro Evolution: Capture & Edit
I guess I misunderstood what the "evolution" part of this contest. While the winners display some incredible riding the video part of the equation is the same point of views (chest and helmet cams) we have been watching since the gopro came out. There are others here that pushed the video part of this contest further.

ShredMate Rates Your Ride: Speed, Intensity - and Air Time
Taken for what it is.... a MTB specific cyclocomputer, the asking price seems reasonable. Do you have to ride with your cell phone on to record the data though?

Pedaling Innovations Celebrates Milestone and Updated Design for 2017
For the last year I have used these for trail and Dh riding and have been very happy with their performance. One of the keys to this pedal is a change in foot placement, it took me a little bit to get used to having my arch on top of the axle but it works. They are a little on the heavy side and PI will have to fix that to gain acceptance with riders that are always concerned with weight. With a sticky pair of 5 10's your good to go.

Fail Of The Month - November
#3 has some serious determination, not really a fail since he kept trying and kind of made it. #8 has my vote more because of how the bike landed on him like a Cactus Elbow!

Are you Concerned About the Demise of Bike Shops? - Pinkbike Poll
15 or so years ago I used to race radio control cars and this was the issue facing the local hobby shop. Today the local hobby shop is all but gone, due mostly to mail order. However, the bike shop has one key difference of offering service and that will minimize the decline. I worked a bit in a LBS and for whatever reason mountain guys tend to be more concerned with cost than road guys buy regardless bikeshops need to give customers a reason to shop local, if they don't they will not survive.
