Race Winning Runs and Highlights Videos - Cairns DH World Champs 2017
@pimpedupmonkey: To lose or win a DH because of the distance of a sprint, is just wrong.

Why could we not watch this LIVE or in replay in Canada? Given that on-line access is global? This is exactly why I am hoping EWS kicks the snot out of the UCI/RedBull corporate BS.

Congrats to Miller and Bruni. To me it looks like the UCI is a blaoed as te IOC. No wonder EWS is picking up steam...they serve up some great product for the spectator and the racer alike.

@philshep: True, but that is what is there now and on Trailforks....unless you're a local, it's what people will follow.

Loris Vergier Course Preview - Cairns DH World Champs 2017
Not sure how realistic that video makes it, but it looks like the course could be done on a cruiser. Where are the roots. rocks, and technical sections? Looked like a bobsled course that was fully polished.

Lord of the Squirrels: Perhaps the Best Ride in Whistler?
@imho4ep: Definitely some truth to that. I did it on a warm and perfectly sunny day, so the views were outstanding. The upper section was fun and extremely scenic. 5 stars for sure. I was getting a bit "OK, what's next" by the lower part. 3 stars. Doing High Society refreshed my outlook. 4 stars. It was only a first impression, so I'm curious as to what it will feel like on a 4th or 5th ride....or in the rain.
