Leatt 3DF Hybrid knee, size L/XL. Sizing chart - https://www.leatt.com/shop/catalog/product/view/id/5458/s/knee-shin-guard-3df-hybrid-ext-black-fuel/category/775/ and click 'Sizing Chart'. I had the prior version of this knee pad and loved them. I rode them to the point where I wore them out so I bought the updated version of the pad and discovered that Leatt changed the pad profile a bit (lower profile compared to prior version). They also updated/changed the actual fit and I haven't been able to get on with these pads to the point where they don't rub the tendon on the back of my left leg (the one coming from your hamstring in to you knee area). The fit isn't quite right for me unfortunately so I'm going to cut my losses after having these for a month and send them on their way. Price is shipped in the US, add $10 to ship to Canada.

I bought these last year and have a couple of rides on them. There are a couple of trails around here where either rocks (big rocks) can pop up on the downhill and try to pop a cap in your shins or cat claw is really thick and will shred your shins. Great pads, comfortable, and I just don't use them. I'm 185 lb and 5'11 and these fit great and are consistent with size Large from Fox and other companies. Go to https://www.leatt.com/shop/catalog/product/view/id/5458/s/knee-shin-guard-3df-hybrid-ext-black-fuel/category/775/ and click the 'Sizing Chart' link. Shipping is included in the US, add $10 for shipping to Canada.

RaceFace Ambush knee pads, size large. I bought these as I wore out a set of Leatt 3DF pads and while I'm a size Large for knee pads with everyone else with RaceFace Ambush/Flank I'm an XL or even XXL. I have had these (bought new from Jenson) for a month and have a handful of rides on them. I really like them, they are very comfortable, but I can only use them with the straps just barely on the velcro top and bottom which means if I don't have things just right I get chafing or the straps pop loose. That isn't going to work and I'm in the no man's land where they are in great shape but used and I can't return them and I can't use them with this size. I'm 185 lb and I would say that if you are normally a medium in Fox, Leatt, etc you would be just fine with these pads. Price is shipped in the US. Add $10 for shipping to Canada.

Local Flavours: The Complete Guide to Riding in Prescott, Arizona
@EKrum: It depends. We get much less snow than Flagstaff (80 or so miles north of here) but when it does snow here the snow tends to stick around for a couple of days around town and stays on the ground up in the mountains. If the winter is a wet winter (last year) we get snow a couple of times a year. If the winter is a dry winter (this year maybe) we might get 1-2 snow falls at a few inches. Temps in the winter range around mid 30s to 40s during the day so doable and it is an hour and change south to the Black Canyon Trail which runs from near here all the way down in to north Phoenix. So...unpredictable but variety.

200x57 Cane Creek DB Air Climb Switch (CS) High Speed Rebound (HSR), Low Speed Rebound (LSR), High Speed Compression (HSC), and Low Speed Compression (LSC) Just got it back from a rebuild by Cane Creek so it has new seals, updated internals, etc - minty fresh! Last year I had Real World Cycles drill the eyelets to the standard Fox/Rockshox/pretty much everyone else size to accommodate your standard shock hardware, RWC needle bearing kit, etc. I sold the frame this shock was on and my current bikes do not have the same shock sizes. Selling at service cost basically. Price includes shipping in the United States.

30.9 mm Fox Performance (non-Kashima)Transfer dropper, internal cable model, 150mm travel with Fox remote. I bought this for a Pivot frame I'm building up and discovered that Pivot has a dropper stop inside the seat tube which limits the insertion of a dropper to something like 213mm down the seat tube (dumb!). That makes it like I'm riding an old timey Victorian bike so I'm going to go with something that has a shorter insertion size to make things usable. Dropper is in great shape and works great, price includes shipping in the US.
