off the bike

Hey PB buddy's !

You guys haven't seen/heard about me for a while now.
This is why:



Have some sad news for ya.

I have a bad right shoulder injury:

Not able to do anything with my arm since 9-10 weeks.
Lots and lots of pain.
Use 4 kinds of medicines against the pain ( non of them works )
Sleeping-pills ( also dont work only get more tired of them, but the pain wont allow me to sleep normal.

* Bruise. ( internal in the whole shoulder )
* Infection.
* pieces of bone from both the shoulder-blade & shoulder 're broken/ grind-ed off.
* Muscles 're all weak. (when i lift a spoon my arm starts shaking ( It hurts as well )
* Collar-bone is 1cm off of it's original place caused by the infection. ( moisture )
* Nerves 're stuck.

The cause of this all:

5X dislocated.
Crashes on it.
1X bursa.( not this time luckily )
Overloaded muscles.


So now I'm here.

I'm following physiotherapy: ( have a stunning physiotherapist so thats a + )
Massages to keep the blood-flow running.
Small exercises to build up small muscle groups.
Cause of the infection we cant do everything needed for all the muscles in my arm and only on the back side.

The infection needs to disappear by using injections Got 1 already but didn't do the job though.
Might need 3(+) more.


When shall I be back on the bike ?
Not soon enough ( mid summer here beautiful weather ).

Roadbike / Drome will be possible in a couple of months 3-4 I hope.
But the Trials - Street etc.. might have to wait for possible a year to start.


That's it. all you guys have some great rides and upload more footage now and then so I have something to watch
