What a beautiful place! Welcome to Saalbach Hinterglemm, Austria!New edition of Freeride Festival and the famous Adidas Slopestyle? Yes this is the Glemm Ride 2015! The slope style course looks sick!The best spot for a slopestyle competition! North shore, luxury restaurant, pool, good food and sun!Let's see the course! The first obstacle was a curved wallride which was good for tricks like barspins and tabletops. Tomas Zejda nailed it with barspin.Simon Pages styling out.The next part was a boner log hip which looked huge from this angle. Daryl Brown enjoyed to do inverts on it.What a great riding from Sindre Harbak during the weekend. He was the number one pre-qualifier on Friday.
...he got the hero of the event title as well. He did a double flip in the finals but then overshooted the step down and broke his collarbone. Get well buddy!Great riding in the qualis from Tomas Zelda. He took the number one spot for the finals.Solid 270 table on the boner hip......but had some problem with the brake in the finals so he ended up on the 7th place.One of the hardest move from the weekend. Loic Esteve wall ride to 270!The last part of the course drove through an restaurant terrace. But some guest was not happy with the stunts.I guess the girl got a good photo for Instagram!Big 270 from the austrian Eric Walenta....and one more 360 barspin on the big step down.So many young talent was seen in Hinterglemm. We have to watch out for Dennis Kangasma in the future.That was a warm, dusty day so the dirts needed a lots of water.Simon Pages did a huge flip whip on the 10-meters-long jump.Daryl Brown invert on the boner log hip...... and a huge 360 tuck no hander on the jump......but he crashed hard. He should be ok.Antoni Villoni chose a nice goggle for the event.The crowd loved to see this unique trick from him.One more from another angle.And he took the 12th place in the end.
We saw some scary movement. But the rider was ok.Patrick Schweika during wallride to table out.Carson Storch visited Hinterglemm before the Crankworx EU.270 nosedive on the boner jump.....and 360 drop on the last jump. Solid run took the american to the 3th place!Loek Quaedflieg was a big surprise for everyone. He summed up a great run, smashed it and got the 2th place! Nice job bra!Big gun on the course! Nicole Rogatkin started his last run with wallride to barspin out.
