I thought that about slacklining in general too, until I watched this: They are putting gear in horrible friable rock that is liable to tear loose if they take a swing. Awesome soundtrack and cinematography too.

Video: Jesse Melamed Takes On The Pinkbike Hot Lap
@inonyme: sorry I just gave you negative props for this by accidebt, but I totally agree. The newest series with Freddy Flintoff and Paddy Whatshisface presenting is too cringeworthy to watch (and I stuck with it all the way through Chris Evans and Matt LeBlanc...).

Check Out: Flat Fixing Tools, BMX Books, Big Rotors & More - July 2019
Is it a tight fit like a crown race though? Or would you have to crank the headset preload right down to stop it rotating?

I would like to read those books. I was just wondering the other day though - there are loads of fantastic autiobgraphies from road cycling, running, surfing, hell, even triathlon - why none (to my knowledge) from mountain biking, BMXing or skateboarding?

Agree - I've never even tried it, but the videos speak to me.

Even looking at that brake lever bite point makes me feel queasy.

Final Results: Maribor DH World Cup 2019
Same. So annoying. Next round I will have to get my girlfriend to go on the Redbull site and start the replay so I don't inadvertantly ruin it again.

OneUp Announces Carbon Bars, EDC Ready Stem & Lock-On Grips
Yes, the Ringo Star. And it was dreadful. Very hard to get sufficient preload, and it came loose as soon as you rode it offroad. Admittedly probably in part due to U.S.E.'s obsession with using miniscule allen bolts for everything. Early on in the history of threadless steers a few headset manufacturers also tried something similar (Modus and VP I think). I really hope OneUp have succeeded where these guys didn't....

Thanks for these. Suspect I'm not the only one who now scrolls straight past all the MTB videos to see what other cool stuff you're going to introduce us to this week.

Randoms - iceBike 2019
@tremeer023: almost, but not quite. In the early 90s they produced some lovely steel hardtails. I lusted after a Kili Flyer in metallic green. Beautiful wishbone frame. They definitely had a Walmart phase after that though.
