8 Bikes from Red Bull Pump Track Leavenworth 2019
Nice to see that track getting use, it was a big expense for the town, fun place to take the kids early in the morning before the crowds show up. Did they rebuild the skate park yet?

Trust Chops $725 Off Their Linkage Fork
I know this for sure: I will have a fork like this some day, it's just a matter of time before forks like the Trust, that work better than a telescopic fork, are able to replace the telescopic fork. If someone said: Hey Ben, I got a demo/used Trust that comes with a warranty for $1250, do you want it? YES!

Trust Chops $725 Off Their Linkage Fork
@Naturel: Ya think? At a certain point ya got wonder how much more improvement is worth how much more money. Going from Fit 4 to Grip to Grip 2 is a process of making marginal improvement in what is already a good fork. So yeah, a brand new 2019 36 Fit 4 is worth $600, a deal really, and the Grip 2 is NOT worth that much more. Would I pay much more for a truly innovative fork? Yes, but I would not pay hundreds more for this marginal improvement crap that all the fork mfgs are offering.

Video: Are 29/27.5" Mullet Bikes Faster Than 29ers?
I rode mixed on a Mutz, and s couple other bikes including a Smash, it’s not bad, some bikes work better (Mutz), on others it sucks ( Smash). It’s just a thing to try, it’s not gonna set your world on fire. Personally, when run more travel I prefer a shorter wheel because the bigger wheels jack up the bike height.

First Look: EVOC's New Hip Pack and Frame Bags - Garda Trentino 2019
Full sized water bag with storage, hot, heavy, but beats being broke down/injured/dehydrated. Waist bag for shorter days, riding close to home. Being underprepared is for stoopid people, which is okay cuz Darwin needs the numbers ;)

Review: 2019 Swarf Contour 29 - A Hard-Charging Short Travel Fully
I was totally hooked until the 445mm chainstays, figures, single pivots don't leave much room for tall tires. Maybe a higher tech suspension and shortening up those chainstays would do the trick.

Nope, but I also wouldn't buy a BMW. Now if I was buying BMW's, I'd looking at comparable cars, and I would most certainly not choose the most expensive one even if it was the best.
