I have had this Brompton S2L for a couple years but needed more range and picked up a 6 speed when a good opportunity arose. So this 2 speed is for sale! Stock build: - low handlebar setup - 50t front chainring, 2 speed in the rear - standard length seatpost - stock saddle - marathon racer tires - fenders - include brompton zefal pump - includes reflectors, front carrier block Less than 500 miles as tracked on Strava, so just broken in and everything is ready to go for many more miles. The 50t chainring is new as well as the chain (I had a 44t originally, but I swapped with the 50t from the new 6 speed because I am wimpy and need the low range). There are a few paint chips on the frame: 3 small nicks on top of the main tube, and a very small one on the fork (shown in photos). Unfortunately these happened during setup at the bike shop I purchased from (sigh). Otherwise I had put protective tape on areas most subjected to cable run to keep it looking fresh. The frame color is the higher end flame lacquer, which shows off the brazing and such. While the flame lacquer option is still available nowadays, it's only for the main frame so this one is rare in that all of the main frame, rear triangle, and stem/fork are painted in the flame lacquer! I am selling off my No 22 Bicycles! I enjoyed it for a few years but it's too precious for me to use as a gravel bike and not my first choice for road so I don't ride it anymore. I've put around 5000 miles on it over a few years and it has been treated gently. Very few wet miles, generally reserved for nice weather days only and mostly paved miles. No crashes. Clear protective tape on cable rub areas and bottom of downtube to protect from rocks. Anodizing on the frame is in very good shape, there's really just some wear on the seatpost from a saddle bag. Chain is on Silca wax treatment so lots of life left. Brake pads in good shape and I can include spare sets. Can top off the tire sealant as well. Brakes working well but it's been a while since they've been bled so I will try to get to that first or can knock off some $$ so you can get it done. Asking $5500. This would be around $10-11k to order new, and I don't think they offer the Ti frame pump anymore so this one's a little special.
