Purchased last May, great bike, have ridden everything from xc to downhill. Bike has been well maintained, regular suspension servicing, brand new gear cable. Drivetrain in excellent shape. Only damage on bike is a scratch on the top tube from a shuttle run, also slight scratch on bars. Can include pedals Price dropped to 2500 for a quick sale. Snow is melting fast!

For sale is my 2017 Trek Remedy 8 in Large (19.5") 150mm travel, I keep the bike in great condition as you can see in the pics, I have owned it from new and had it since September. Shame to see it go, but going to get a downhill bike instead. The bike will suit riders of around the 6ft height, I am 5' 11" The frame was re designed for 2017 making it longer, slacker and lower than the previous years. Shock is Rockshox Deluxe RT3 3 position lockout. Up front is a Pike RC Solo air, super plush and I've fitted 2 volume reducers to tune the fork up. They were last serviced 3 months ago and are in great condition. I upgraded the brakes to XT M8000 with XT Ice tech Rotors (180mm) which is an amazing upgrade, as they are last year's XTR lever bodies and have great feel and stopping power. The pads are nearly new so have plenty of life left and are sintered so will last a while too. Wheelset is Hope Pro 4 hubs built into DT E512 Rims, it's Boost spacing so wheels are super strong. They're much lighter than the stock wheels which made XC rides much easier! Tyres have plenty of life left, front is nearly new. Drivetrain is Sram GX 1 x 11 Speed with an 11-42 cassette. Gear cable replaced recently so is feeling super smooth. Had such a good time on this bike, shame to see it go, but am upgrading to the new Remedy. I'm not going to pretend that I've barely used it, this was my main bike so used it for everything; long xc rides up to gnarly dh runs. It isn't knackered, the pics and description should show that. I've owned this bike for 18 months and have looked after it really well, I guess a lot of people say that but I'm a full time bike mechanic and regularly service my own bikes. Fox 34 CTD forks and Fox Float DRCV CTD Re:Aktiv shock have been serviced 3 times with one new set of seals Both ABP bearings replaced when they had a slight bit of play about 3/4 months ago. Frame has been stripped and cleaned, all bearings run free and have no play Chain, cassette and chainring replaced for sale, gear cable has been replaced recently - Full X1 drivetrain. BB bearings are good and have no play. Cranks have a bit of scuffing on the arms XT Brakes upgraded to M8000 (latest model) 3 months ago. Bled for sale. Still have original Ice Tech finned pads which are barely worn (Ice Tech Rotors) Bontrager Rhythm Elite Wheelset, runs true, one or two slight dings in the rear rim - as expected. Hub bearings have no play. Tubeless ready Bontrager G4 tyre on the front - same tread as a Maxxis Minion DHF, plenty of tread left Bontrager XR4 tyre on rear.
