Santa Cruz V10c Fox 40 Easton Sram X0 Cane Creek Ti

$1600 GBP
I’m testing the water and trying to decide if I can bring myself to sell my beloved but recently decidedly unused SC V10. If I can find it a good home for the right money then to be honest my Nomad is probably more than enough bike for me seeing as the V10 has been used maybe 3 times in 3 years… 2012 Santa Cruz V10C 26″ (Carbon front triangle ally rear) Large black/white 2013 Cane Creek Double Barrel Coil w/ Ti Spring (~80kg rider) 2014 Fox 40 Float Forks 26″ White Cane Creek Angle set. Easton Havoc 35 direct mount stem with 5mm NSB riser plate underneath Easton Havoc Carbon 35mm bars x 800mm Thompson post SDG saddle X0 Cranks (non matching arms DS red graphics / NDS black graphics due to SRAM stock levels when I needed to replace one – never bothered to put stickers on to cover it. 165mm XO 10sp mech and Shifter 11-28 Sram PG1070 cassette Hope BB MRP Chain Device Easton Havoc DH Wheels (one slight ding in front) Part worn Minion DHF/DHR Will want fresh rear tyre really. Avid X0 brakes, want a bleed – the rear was brand new and used for one day but have been sat best part of a year. ODI grips in need of replacement. No pedals Use marks from useage, scrapes, chips, cable rub etc but no cracks or dents or major damage. Pretty much ever bolt possible replaced with Ti bolts (about $200 worth…) To be honest it probably wants a strip apart, clean, re-grease and rebuild and it would be awesome again. Collection preferable. I can arrange a courier but it will only be fully insured for the purchase value at the purchasers risk. Would consider delivering it at cost.

Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon Frame MK2 L Large

$850 GBP
2013 Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon MK2 Frame Only. Large Matt Carbon / Blue Fox CTD Kashima rear shock 160mm rear travel 1.5" headtube Standard threaded BB Bolt through rear axle 26" wheel version. £850 ONO Up for sale is my MK2 Carbon Nomad frame bought in 2013 (July/august ish - will have to dig out the receipt). Didn't get a great amount of use as I was working away, then didn't ride a massive amount for the next 18months. Started riding again this year but decided it was a bit small as I was pedalling more. Only for sale as I bought an identical frame in an XL. Usual small chips and nicks and usual rubs and scratches etc but otherwise structurally sound and perfectly serviceable. One ever had one headset and one BB fitted. The shock is off the frame I bought and has been recently MOJO serviced however I have neither tested it nor have any paper work to confirm but I know the shop it was originally bought from and its previous owner was a police officer so I have no reason to doubt it's fine. I'm sure if you are looking at this you know how capable the Nomad is, perfect Enduro / All Mountain (or whatever the latest buzz word is) bike, will handle all the DH bits, jumps and drop etc more than my skill level would allow whilst still being able to be pedalled back up. Would prefer collection in person from the West Midlands but shipping can be arranged at cost but it will only be by sent by recorded/signed for shipping and fully insured. Its up on ebay if you want to buy with buyer protection etc. Thanks for looking. Shimano British Downhill Series: Round 4, Llangollen - Race Report
The UK is such a small country I have come to realise since moving to Australia... I have to drive 2-3hrs to get to any kind of descent DH track out here and nothing that compares to the steep welsh tracks. Planning on moving back to the UK if I can't get a canadian Visa just because of the amount of riding within 2-3hours of birmingham (home town). Though I must note Fort bill from the S. Coast in 4-5 hrs is optimistic - it's at least 7 from Bham!

Fail of the Month - April
The dude who took Braytons bike down and went DOWN in the whoops at Cairns DH WC is a surefire winner for this month. Epic Fail.
