Review: Thule RoundTrip Traveler Bike Bag
I have to take the fork off my Sentinel to fit it in my oldschool rectangular box. I've mainly flown with dual crown forks so I'm used to it. Just as a test i sat my sentinel down in my friends Thule hard case with the internal aluminum frame and it fit perfectly with the fork on but turned backwards.

Review: Fox 36 GRIP2 vs. RockShox Lyrik RC2 Fork
Shopping around I found the Lyrik to be available for $850 several places but I couldn't find the 36 discounted anywhere. I cant feel a $200 difference between the forks so the decision was easy for me.

This is a fantastic riding hardtail and I’m apprehensive to let it go. Its slack, low and somewhat long. Carves up trail with just the right balance of stiffness and spring. The frame itself is full of cool details like the picture frame headtube badge, machined chainstay yolk, super cool seatstay scallops, and brake rotor welded in for stay brake brace. Rear brake is post mounted. The bike was built for me at 6’ ½” but could easily fit north or south of that a bit. Geometry best I can measure: Bystickel frame made in Brevard NC 66 deg head angle 73 ish effective STA 17.25” reach 12.75” bbh 16.6” chainstays 18” seat tube ISCG 05 tabs Front end/ cockpit Fox 34 RC2 Talus fork in great condition regular oil changes 15mm axle 140mm travel Point one stem 50mm Deity Mohawk carbon bar 780mm King headset Plastic fender XTR trail brakes xt rotors 185/160 Thomson seat collar Gravity dropper 125mm post Sella Italia flite ti saddle Drivetrain - less than 100 miles on chain cogs and ring X9 shifter and derailleur 10sp Xt cassette with 42t wolf tooth cog Race face chainring 20t narrow wide Race face Turbine cranks I think its an XT chain may be sram King Bottom bracket Spare derailleur hanger Front XT derailleur that fits the frame included if you ever wanted to use it. Weels: King Hubs rear has DT through axle WTB asym 35 rims Db dt spokes Brass nipples Front tire 2.35 Maxis High Roller 3C Rear tire Maxis Ardent 3C If you're embarrassed to ride with such a good functioning lightweight seatpost that has a condom on the shaft, I have a KS post I could swap in for additional $ Disclaimers: There are some cable rubs and minor scratches but you really have to look for them. There is some very minor surface rust in a couple of spots. The bike is really in great condition and has no more blemishes than you would expect to find on a used steel frame. $1600 + shipping
