@djyosh: Strange, We've used it of a V1HT and a HTLT. Maybe your RD/Brake lines are run too tight?

First Ride: RockShox's Updated 2020 Reverb - Bike Connection Summer 2019
After inspection almost every post that we have warrantied has simply needed its air topped up. For the small percentage where the bushing has wore out we provide service parts and now a longer lasting IGUS bushing. Any broken V1 remotes are warrantied with new aluminum versions. We aren't perfect but we do stand behind everything we sell.

First Ride: RockShox's Updated 2020 Reverb - Bike Connection Summer 2019
@ raine2jz Yes our V1 170mm is 450mm without actuator (this is the standard measurement) but the 467mm referenced for Reverb is also without their 30mm strain relief... so apples to apples If we are including the actuator our V2 180mm post is 17mm shorter than the Reverb 175mm. More drop, less cost, less length

Thanks for the the support and sorry for the delay. Your new 210mm is still shortest 200+ dropper on the market.

Day One Randoms - Sea Otter 2019
@mfoga: Point taken. Our claim was based on the industry standard measurement of dropper without actuator. It is usually the actual diameter that bottoms before the actuator. We also, had (have) the shortest stack height in the industry. V1 - Shortest effective, Shortest stack V2 - Shortest effective, Shortest stack, Shortest total length (by 20mm) Sorry for any confusion.

@mfoga: We just launched our V2 dropper. Including actuator it is 420mm for a 150mm (405mm without the actuator).
