Quite a ride, hey?
2 disciplines: MTB extreme marathon and Enduro with timed downhills, but don't worry, you still need to pedal the whole length of course
Come and experience beautiful nature around Czech and Polish border with fantastic views, unique ride on a volcano, epic singletrack, rock slabs, technical uphills, steep downhills, flow trails and super gnarly sections.

yes, there is the possibility of a shorter route
Albeit a bit of hyperbole, entry fees for road (running) races in the US are getting ridiculous. Ignoring any ethical or socioeconomic concerns with taking advantage of a favorable exchange rate - it looks like a great value!
TL;DR: Good.
Slowing down a bit you can clear most of sections without major troubles.
Done it in 2019, 2020 and coming back 2021.Still few places I can progress on and clear them.
Trying to decide whether I have the legs/willpower for the full length or if I should go for the moderate course. 70+km and 2500+m per day is...a lot! A normal big day on the bike for me would be something like 35-40km and 1200+m of climbing.
With your description of big day probably go safe for shorter B route but schedule extra day(s) of your stay in Czech to visit Trutnov Trails as B route skips them.
But the nature is unique in both country.
