Video: Kate Courtney Shows Off her Training Setup & Local Trails
@HB208: It's probably not the best for you but it's sugar and caffeine which will help with performance. The fastest bike rider I know, drinks red bulls for rides to help him get an extra edge. Plus it's tasty lol

German XC Racer Helen Grobert Banned for 4 Years After Testing Positive for Testosterone
I am all for transwomen competing in the women's division, but the 10 nmol/L is ridiculous. I think they're moving it down to 5 nmol/L and I support that one.

Review: RockShox's SID Ultimate Carbon Fork Delivers Superb Performance
I absolutely loved my RS-1 but then maintenance time came around. There was a seal that was expose to be water tight from the manufacture at the top and it's not (later models may have fixed this) so the bolt to get the legs off is completely rusted. I also learned that since it's truly an inverted fork, each time I played in mud, the mud got in the oils really easily. If I didn't ride that fork in such horrible weather all the time, this wouldn't be much of an issue and I would just get it fixed. But unfortunately I'm not changing my ways and now in the market for a new fork.

Video: Trek President John Burke Accepts Champion for Equality Award from Women's Sports Foundation
I wouldn't say their getting rid of women's models. Most women models are just men's that have been painted and added women specific stuff on it (stem and saddle). What does everyone do when they buy a new bike, get a new stem and a new saddle (or switch them out). I'm a short women, and own a lot of trek "men's" mtb. They're great and I'm happy that they're making a bike that's small enough to fit me.

UCI to Consider Lowering Female Transgender Athletes’ Maximum Testosterone Threshold
@fielonator: Caster Semnya is actually an XY female (it happens and has been known to happy for a long time). She unfortunatly lost her court case and now has to comply with a 5 nm/l blood limit. I don't agree with this ruiling. Semenya is a woman and that is just her natural advantage. Makes me mad they're trying to punish women with natural abilities and making them adapt to the trans female testosterone limit. I'm a big supporter of trans people (my gf is trans) but this ruiling seems super unfair to someone who was born a woman, has been a woman all her life, didn't even know she was XY till people questioned her results. Oh and there is a test to tell whether the hormone levels are natural or through doping.
