Pick your dream XC World Cup team and you could be in the running to walk home with a Scott Spark kitted out with Rockshox SID suspension and SRAM AXS components!

Get ready to show your skills for picking winners, at the 6 round UCI World Cup series and the 2020 UCI World Championships in Val Di Sole. With a fictional budget of $1.5 million you will choose your ultimate team of 6 riders (3 men, 3 women) and go to battle in the Fantasy XC League. Each round you can make changes to your team and you can be apart of 2 mini-leagues and compete against your friends. Each race round will have feature prizing for the overall Top Team of the round and then at the end of the 7-race series we crown the overall Fantasy XC Champion and present the Grand prize of a complete bike!

First Round Prize

IMPORTANT: To maximize your chances to win the Grand Prize World Cup race ready bike kitted out with Rockshox SID suspension and SRAM AXS components, we recommend you have your team created by May 7, 2021. You will want to maximize your points score and have your team present for all races. Teams created at a time after races have previously occurred earlier will not be eligible to backlog points that riders would have accrued from previous races.

 @dolores: lostco in the US had all the individual components to put together a GX AXS drivetrain the other day. They are out of controllers now but still have derailleurs and batteries. But, no upgrade kit itself.

 Mona Mitterwallner has 4 top 5's already this season, including a win in the Swiss Cup. Courtney - who's second place in said Swiss Cup is hailed as a show of form - was 105 seconds behind her in that race. Mona Mitterwallner is not on the XC fantasy list.

For example Latvian rider (Petersons) who isn't starting for 3-4 seasons is still in list, while other (Blums) who won U23 World Cup in 2017 and participated in all season, including this is still not included.

[1] For each UCI XC race round your Fantasy Team will accrue points based upon your athletes final placing. Points will be awarded as per ("Race Round Scoring" in "Exhibit A")

[2] Team changes are permitted up until May 7 2021. After that, your selections are locked in for the first race, and you can make changes to your team per round after each race. There will be a countdown timer for team changes each round.

That reads like your interpretation... but

"Your selections are locked in for the first race" is ambiguous because, you know, XCC is a "race".
