I really don't understand why the side-line interviewers have to be these women who aren't that knowledgable to start with. Why not run a contest to let a fan be in that role? Someone who isn't going to ask lame, repetitive questions that aren't even that interesting, and who is super stoked and excited to be meeting and interviewing people that they look up to! Today's sports interviews are pointless, every questions is so leading, and doesn't give athletes a real chance to answer or anything.
@donalddouche they are in new zealand! from personal experience, a third of the population rides bikes, and the rest play rugby. surely they could find someone with a little more bike knowledge somewhere?
Ok, I guess it rained and the course was real slick. With the threat of more incoming rain, they decided to postpone it to right after the DH race. That's what was said in the short replay of the live stream.
Pinkbike, f*ck off with the replay (that autoplays nonetheless) being linked to the upcoming event. Just post an article, and link the feed when it's live.
anneke and jills first race in the final couldnt have been a .1 difference. they finished side by side. then you see other races where riders are half a bike back and it says they are .01 different
That chick doing the post run interviews for the DH, Speed & Style is useless and has no clue about what she is talking about. She needs to go, and Cam should be doing these interviews.
