Weather its Bryceland or Brosnan who takes the over all it will be really exciting. Especially scince they have both won only their first world cup this year!!
i have an undergraduate fecalmatter degree, with 3 years internship at NASA's fart-propulsion laboratories, and i can say that farts add velocity proportional to their volume and release pressure, minus the resistance of the fabric. By the times given in the above chart i'd say Bryceland is leading by 2 farts
Thats great keep studying. I completed my masters in the fecal arts and now works for pepto bismol. The volume of the top riders gas flow could equate to higher velocity. Hopefully eating that horrible Catskill food will help create the perfect storm of speed plus hard gas. The winner will take all the spoiled underwear.
Racing Windham is cheaper to race for Latin Americans than any other stop in the WC. That is why you saw such a large contingent of riders there (I saw about 3-4 Ecuadorians, 3 Mexicans, the Colombians, Peruans, etc..)
And talking about Marcelo, his younger brother Rafael also qualified! He's a pinner too!
Oh ...that makes sense. So has nothing to do with Obamas immigration fiasco...LOL! Just kiddin folks.... no inuendos...Im Colombian too and would be great to see a fellow countryman get on the podium before too long. Marcello is fairly consistent in the top 15-20...
Good shot Rachel is going to win this weekend. Track is super short and she is usually in the lead until the later sections where longer rock gardens allow Ragot or Carpenter to beat her time.
Does the "Q" in the far right mean Qualified? How does one get the "Protected" designation? These are things I've been confused about for a bit, finally asking.
Q does mean qualified, and the top 20 riders in overall points are protected. Hence Steve Peat and Cam Cole being qualified despite finishing 2 minutes back.
I have no idea what happened but I would think he probably didn't have a clean run, since he qualifying time was 3 seconds slower than what he put up in timed training yesterday.
Yep, if you are a top 20 rider you are protected, so you advance to finals regardless of Q placement. The incentive to do well in Quali's is that you can earn some extra points by doing well and don't get your season F'd by a flat tire.
So good to see two people 'dominating' (in a certain sense) that have never before this season won a wc.
Great year!
Anyone know what happened to Peaty? puncture? an off?

live timing.
